1. Terms of Agreement

By shopping on this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a purchase on www.boiistudios.com.

2. Payment

Boii accepts payment via VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. Payment is only charged once your order has been shipped. All prices are in EURO.

You confirm that all information provided is accurate, that you are over 18 years old, an authorized user of the payment method, and that sufficient funds are available.

All card data is processed securely via our payment provider using SSL encryption and is not stored by Boii.

Boii reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, out-of-stock items, technical issues, or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, however delays may occur.

You will receive an order confirmation by email and a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. Boii is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Currency

All transactions are in EURO. If your bank account is in another currency, any conversion fees or exchange rate differences are your responsibility.

5. Purchase of Goods

When purchasing, you must provide your full name, address, and payment information. Upon completion of the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

6. Refunds and Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your order. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after receiving the order.

Returns must be in original condition, with all tags intact, and only tried as necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item (similar to trying in a physical store). If the product is used beyond this, a partial or no refund may apply.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as lost parcels cannot be reimbursed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned items. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

We do not collect returns from parcel shops and do not accept parcels sent via DAO.

For exchanges, please return the product and place a new order.

Note: Returns or complaints for items purchased in physical stores must be handled at the store where the purchase was made.

7. Complaints / Warranty

All purchases are covered by a 2-year warranty under Danish law. This covers material and manufacturing defects, but not damage from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear.

Complaints must be submitted in a timely manner, ideally within 2 months of discovering the defect. Boii will cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid complaints.

8. Duty and VAT

Orders within the EU: Danish VAT applies; no customs duties.
Orders outside the EU: Danish VAT is not charged, but local taxes/duties may apply. Customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes.

9. Disclaimer

Boii strives to ensure website functionality and product availability but cannot guarantee this. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified by email.

Colors may vary depending on screen settings. Boii is not responsible for minor differences in color or display.

Boii is not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses. We reserve the right to modify website content without notice.

10. Privacy Policy

Boii complies with GDPR. Personal data (name, address, email, phone number) is collected solely to process orders, provide customer service, and communicate with you. Data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
