PRIVACY POLICY
Boii Studios is subject to the Danish Personal Data Act, and thus the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which took effect on May 25, 2018. Any processing of personal data and personally sensitive data is subject to the new rules. According to the new rules, Boii Studios is to be the data controller for the information that is registered about customers and visitors of www.boiistudios.com, our newsletter, when you move around our website (read cookies) or when you purchase using the webshop (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address are collected in order to execute the order).
It is important that your personal information is processed and stored confidentially. Access to the registered personal data is limited to trusted employees and collaborators according to the regulatory rules of contract between the data controller and data processor.
Despite the increased control and security provided by Boii Studios regarding the collection and processing of personal data, full security cannot be guaranteed for data transfor via the Internet. When data is sent and stored electronically, there will always be a risk for a third party unjustly forcing access to protected data before it reaches our servers. So, while Boii Studios tries to protect your data in the best way possible, we cannot guarantee the security of the actual transfer. You send your data at your own risk.
REFUND
You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days from date of receipt. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. We only credit the credit card which was used for the purchase. You are responsible for the return expenses as well as delivery expences when shopping at boiistudios.com.

Boii Studios will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping – therefor we recommend an insured shipping method with a tracking number. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Boii Studios receives the returned products. Note that delivery expences will not be refunded.
If you wish to exchange your product, please note that you will have to return the product and place a new order.
SHIPPING
Your purchased item(s) will be shipped as soon as possible. You will receive your parcel within 3-8 days after you have placed the order. Orders within Denmark will be shipped to your nearest package shop. Orders outside Denmark will be delivered to your address. When placing your order, Boii Studios will send you an order confirmation, and you will receive your tracking number, from our shipping company, when your order has been shipped.
CURRENCY
Boii Studios cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
PURCHASE OF GOODS
In connection with the purchase of goods from Boii Studios you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
DISCLAIMER
Boii Studios have the ambition that the website is always up and running, however we cannot guarantee this. Boii Studios can not guarantee that all products are available, at the time you place your order. If the product is no longer available, you’ll be contacted by email shortly after your order.
We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
Boii Studios cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
PAYMENT
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years and are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used for the transaction, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
DUTY AND VAT
Are you ordering from an EU country you will have to pay Danish VAT but no duty under the rules of free movement of goods. Are you ordering from a country outside the EU you will not have to pay the Danish VAT, but you may have to pay additional tax and/or duties in the country of destination. Boii Studios cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. The same applies for returned products. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. Please note that this may delay delivery because of the goods being held up in customs.
